All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful, from their global network of facilities (automatically shipped from the closest one to your location for faster delivery).
Processing / Fulfillment Time
Orders are produced on demand. Most orders are fulfilled (printed and prepared for shipping) within 2–5 business days. Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days, and more than 50% within 3 business days or fewer.
We do not process or ship on weekends or major holidays. Fulfillment begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed. High-volume periods (e.g., holidays) may extend times slightly— we’ll notify you if needed.
Shipping Times
Shipping starts after fulfillment. Estimated delivery times (business days, after fulfillment) are:
• United States: 3–6 business days (often 3–5 total from order to delivery)
• Canada: 3–10 business days
• Europe / UK: 4–10 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 3–20 business days
• Japan: 3–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–20+ business days
Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 5–15 business days for most customers (longer for remote or international locations). These are estimates based on carrier performance—actual times can vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, products, and quantity (we recommend enabling Printful’s live rates in your Printful dashboard for real-time accuracy).
Alternatively, we use flat rates aligned with Printful’s current pricing (examples for common items like t-shirts; rates vary by product type—check product pages for exacts):
• USA: ~$4.75 for the first item + ~$2.20 each additional
• Europe: ~$4.79 first + lower additional
• UK: ~$4.59 first + additional
• Canada: ~$8.29–$11.49 first + additional
• Australia/NZ: ~$7.19 first + additional
• Worldwide/Other: Higher starting rates (often $11.99+ first item)

Carriers & Tracking
We use reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional partners (varies by destination and nearest facility). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships—track it directly from the link provided.
International Orders & Customs
We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by the carrier or customs upon arrival. Delays can occur during customs clearance—we have no control over this.
